In this section you wil find general information about museum openings and closures and price tickets to visit them inside. We want to inform you that every Monday museums are closed (except for Vaticans Museums – closed every Sunday except last sunday of month – Colosseum and Roman Forum, Villa Adriana and Ostia Antica always open). Franceschini’s Decree n. 94/2014, it states that every first Sunday of the month you do not pay the ticket to visit the monuments, museums, galleries, archaeological sites, parks and gardens classified as national monuments. All the monuments and churches unspecified means free admission.
